| #247: Coax / Aeons |
|
|
|
|
Its been five months since we last heard from Coax, previous featured as part of the Christmas lineup with his classical piano 'christmas odyssey' and now he returns with an entirely electronic ep of 7 tracks.
Diversity is the name around every corner: off beat epic tracks, melodic, addictive and surreal:
Ambient ivnon to more break driven polaris, over to melodic lost city, addictive idm solipsism and finishing with aeons, the ep title track. a fantastic ep featuring everything that makes Kahvi great. manager recommendation: the beautiful piece of work entitled 'solipsism'. |

Also, a bit on the dark-ish side, but its forceful movements provide the necessary compensation. | | coax wrote on 05/10/08, 3:00 pm | thanks to all of you! i appreciate it :) | | lelutin wrote on 01/10/08, 4:15 am | Aeons was the first album I listened to on kahvi and I immediately fell in love with it, downloaded it and stuck it in my playlist.
The ambiance is great and the progressions in the tracks make you travel to another dimension of your mind. Great work! | | reii wrote on 05/08/08, 9:41 pm | Beautiful and atmospheric, wonderful work. | | pinja wrote on 07/06/08, 5:12 pm | Great release, melodic and suggestive...100% Kahvi style- | | burbugan wrote on 05/06/08, 11:35 am | Excellent | | brioskj wrote on 03/06/08, 8:25 am | The most wonderful thing is realizing how my mate coax has grown as artist.
His last production has an excellent sound's quality and very nice melodies, surprising and enchanting.
Aeons is a trip through different styles, the listener cant get bored...whenever you hear it, you find something new.
My fav tracks are 'lost city' and 'solipsism', they're two little great masterpieces.
Thanks for aeons, coax, go on in this way! | |
